Bravo for another great article. My toad hit on almost all of the items you have in bold print, and at the time, I had no idea what was going on. I just thought I needed to try harder to undertstand him more, or that he was just having an “off” mood when, for example he would be pissed off that I didn’t read his mind that he needed quiet while he was eating. So sad.
The book is EXCELLENT! Perfect pitch, style and substance, and made me laugh with recognition, which is a nice change from all that ruminating. Hits ALL the “but what if’s”, and devotes a nice amount of focus on that nastiest of gremlins, The New Other Woman: what she really is and, more importantly, is NOT.
Loved, loved, LOVED reading this, and it was enormously helpful in moving me ever so much closer to the Holy Grail of Healing after a Narcissist:

INDIFFERENCE.
Thanks for this, Alex.
Very cool– I’m glad it spoke to you. Feel free to post a review on Amazon as well, if you like; the goal is getting the word out.
Keep up the good work.
Thank you! This book helped bring my life into perspective! I am so happy to be moving forward in my life toad-free
